He handled everything from purchasing, and product development, to design on all levels during his tenure as Creative Director. Currently, he is developing iPhone apps, planning a gallery show, and consulting for a few NYC based brands. ![]() EMILIE BALTZ Emilie Baltz believes food to be the most revealing part of culture and works in multiple mediums, both commercially and artistically, to explore that notion in the most robust way possible. She is founder and creative director of Fork & Design, a boutique design agency focused on offering creative communication solutions for the hospitality industry. Emilie also serves as the creative director at Tasteologie, an experimental platform for exploring the notion of "taste" and is a contributing writer to Core77.com. Her photography has appeared in Apicius Magazine, So Good, Vogue, Wired and the London Financial Times. He is currently the Global PLM Industrial Products Industry Leader. He was recently elected chapter Chair for the New York City Chapter of Industrial Design Society of America. His experience spans the entire product lifecycle from ideation and industrial design through engineering, manufacturing execution to operations and and end of life strategies.
