The Festival della Creativita is a multiplication of possibilities, a place generating the exchange of ideas and experiences in the various branches of creativity. From design, through architecture, music, philosophy, history, art and technology.
In 4 years, 3.000 artists and speakers have presented, among them winners of the Nobel Prize and the Oscars. Directors of the most important cultural institutions of the world have contributed. Since 2007 more than 1,000,000 visitors have participated in the festival, which aims to increase the role of Florence as a city of new encounters and discussion.
This year, the Festival aims to generate a brainstorming – under the topic “Ideas that change life”. Ideas that have influence our life and affect our daily routine in the vast fields that we generally take for granted. The Festival tries to bring together all these ideas and present them through exhibitions, discussions, live events and interactive activities. In a few words the Festival will be the expressión of a fascinating brainstorming which involves all over the world the best and most original creative talents.
Hailing from New York City, Cut&Paste travels the world in search of inspiring and emerging design talent. What better place than a festival dedicated to creativity? Visiting lovely Florence for the first time, C&P is honored to host as part of the Festival della Creativita, an exciting exhibition with Italian designers.
